Their work explores the relationship between image and time, loss, absence, identity, and memory. Using various techniques, from the intervention of anonymous photographs to graphic testimonies like historical documents, it aims to reflect on extinction and memory, creating an aesthetic dialogue between the artwork and the viewer.
Trained in digital photography at Grisart School of Photography in Barcelona, in Creative Workshops at the Centro de la Imagen in Mexico City, and at the Instituto Cultural Cabañas in Guadalajara, she has participated in over 40 group exhibitions and 20 solo exhibitions, both in Mexico and abroad.
Since 2012, she has been a member of the Sistema Nacional de Creadores through the Sistema de Apoyos a la Creación y Proyectos Culturales. She has received awards and grants in Mexico and Spain, and currently collaborates on educational projects focusing on contemporary photographic creation while developing her own artistic projects.
